I emailed Hellopeter on 06/11 regarding poor service from Cell C. Within minutes I received a reply stating that my complaint had been escalated and that someone would look into it and get back to me within 54 hours. Well, today is the 14/11 - way over 54 hours (even working one's) and I still haven't heard a thing from Cell C. Proves the point, doesn't it? I'm not even sure their service is pathetic - because it seems like it is worse, it is non-existent.
Here I sit, paying my subscription each month for a service not provided.
