The design of your new sim cards is appalling. The ability of the card to switch from a mini sim to a micro sim is a good idea, but your design is flawed. When taking the sim out of my Samsung Galaxy Note 1 the card split and ripped out one of my pins. Now the phone is useless and your staff says that it's my own negligence. Inserting and removing a sim is a simple task and will not cause a pin to be ripped out so it is due to your card design. And the only reason I got a new sim was because when I got my phone back from "repairs" last week Friday, my data suddenly wouldn't work and I was told MTN was blocking it because the new software on the phone apparently doesn't correspond with the sim I had and so I had to do a sim swop.
Another thing, when I send my phone in for repairs I expect it to BE REPAIRED. Not for you guys to wipe my phone and give it back with the same problem.
A very disgusted and of customer.
