I have send in my Blackberry for Repairs - Scroll button not working - Got it back now i have the same Problem... And have to send it oin for repairs again.. ANOTHER 3WEEKS without a phone...
i have 3 contract with them.. One of the Sim cards does not Register... After they Changed Systems (All our phones was off for 5 Days) The call Center Advised me to buy a new Sim and do a Sim Swop, it is now 2weeks that they can not assist me to Swop the Card as their System is giving a error everytime they try so they make me phone them back every day, Yesterday they would have phone me back with a Solution till date NO respond..
