When checking our data balances we noticed none of these features were active on her phone and she was loaded with the same deal she had before.
We phoned the store on 17 Dec and spoke to Julian he said he would look into it, this had no result not even a phone call back.
Phoned again on 18 Dec again and spoke to Zane he said he would look into this no result not event a phone call back.
