I renewed my contract (Phone no 083 659 4786) Through MTN with a MTN Anytime 350 package two months ago, which entitles me to 350Mb airtime and 350 SMS.

But on checking my account for the last two months I noticed I'm being billed for Data - I called the Autopage call-centre and they told me that only 50Mb of data has been loaded onto my contract - but they can't adjust it because then it will charge me more. So I must go into a Autopage store where the contract was renewed.

I go to Autopage in Quagga centre - Pretoria but they can't help me wither I must go to the one in Schoeman street.

I really can't believe that in this day and age of electronic everything none of these people can assist me to :
1. Put the proper data in place
2. Cancel the existing SMS bundle
