I recently signed a contract for a Samsung galaxy note 3 and the s4 on the anytime 350 packages. Just before I signed the sales rep asked if I wanted the open or closed contract. I asked her to explain the difference, during which she said that you don't get the added 150mb bonus as displayed on the brochure when you take the closed contract, however your are save in the sense that you can only spend the amount you have available and you would have to top up if your airtime, data, etc is depleted. I obviously went for the closed option after receiving this information. To my shock I only received a total of 150mb and 50smse and not 350mb and 350smse. Since your sales rep gave me the wrong information and there is nothing of this in my contract I would please like a response from your side as to how this problem will be rectified. I am sorry but I refuse to pay for a contract of which the wrong information was presented. I would be satisfied to be converted to the open contract.
