Wrong billing-Upgrade wrong done

Where do I begin, I phone in on the 29/4/2013 at about 14h50 for MTN direct and spoke ta Nicolette Naidu, I told her that i am due for a upgrade and that we are looking at hte Samsung galaxy S4. The packages for the S4 in the Booklet and Internet where for my phone -083 292 7177 - MTN Anytime 350-R350 airtime-350 mb internet bundle-350 sms-60 mtn tot mtn minutes - for R499.00 Problem 1: So we got the phones on the 2/5/2013, but no Mico cards to aktivate phones-I phone her and she told me there must be in a envelope- i looked at the invoice and there where no Mico card issued. This probleme went on and on, so 1 day I striped and went to a MTN store local and cut is so I can use my phone... Problem 2: we got our account for Junie 2013 and it was R2605.88, when I looked at my statements and see that 75mb was looded and not 350mb. Since then I have been strugling to fix this problem and each month my account gets higer and higher. I wish this problem will STOP know or they must fix it from the day I did the UPGRADE. PS... now my account for this month is R3676.31 *with include data for R2619.83...
