I am a appalled at the service I get from Vodacom. I am a platinum customer who religiously pays around R5000 per month on various cell and data contracts. I am due for am upgrade and get called non stop for this. Go into store and be told I can't upgrade due to a default against my name (paid off months ago). Platinum call centre calls me saying they will sort it out. Get another call saying my phone is ready only to go in store and the same issue thrown at me. I was on the line to the call centre for 15 minutes and the gentleman said he would sort it out. All he did was pass the buck onto the store where once again I hit a brick wall. If I could I would take all my business elsewhere.
