Hi was logged into Vodacom's website few days ago just to find out that I was now a platinum member, meaning I can get a new phone for free every 12 months. Already promising to give my mom my old phone and getting ready to receive a new phone, that call centre agent told me he doesn't see that i'm a platinum member. But I could see it on your website/system. This is really unprofessional to have 2 different systems with not the same data. It actually s sort off false advertising, Offering me a phone with the platinum membership, and then just saying no you can't.
