I HAVE HAD A 3G CONTRACT FOR AT LEAST THE PAST FOUR YEARS. MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION IS R 185. MY DATA USAGE HAS ALWAYS BEEN WITHIN THE LIMIT. ON MY INVOICE DATED 03/12/2013 THE CHARGE WAS R 5191.73. I WENT INTO THE VODACOM WALK IN CENTRE AT MANDELA SQUARE TO DISPUTE THIS OUTRAGEOUS CHARGE ON 16/12/2013. A REFERENCE NUMBER WAS SMS'D TO ME. THIS IS THE REFERENCE T9W27-76ICQ. I WAS TOLD BY THE LADY THAT I DEALT WITH THAT A DETAILED ACCOUNT WOULD BE E-MAILED TO ME ON 17/12/2013. TO DAY IS THE 27/12/2013 & I HAVE NOT HAD ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM VODACOM. I WILL BE INSTRUCTING MY BANK TO STOP THE DEBIT ORDER ON 28/12/2013 UNTIL I AM SATISTFIED THAT MY QUERY HAS BEEN RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION.
