Billing for Blackberry BIS data

On investigations of my monthly invoice statements I found that I have been billed high amounts for data usage as of January 2013 even though I have BIS. I queried this on 30 September 2013 got a call on 1 October and told long stories about data traffic routes and BIS and a finally a credit was mentioned. I requested an itemized data usage statement.

03 October - I contacted VSP since nothing was happening (my online query log showed that the query is resolved) and i got unsatisfactory answers.

I went to the customer care center in Vodaworld and got friendly assistance (Thanks) and promised some action.

10 October - I contacted Vodacom again and I was told the query is in progress (it takes 14 days).

My PATIENCE is wearing very THIN now. I have been with Vodacom for so many years and was intending to upgrade (contract expires next month).
