PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Phone Cell C is a total waste of time as the call centre agents are nonchalant about the query as all they do is escalate the query so its the next persons problem, but no real action is really taken

Good Day

Below please find the letter submitted to Cell C and to date have not heard a thing about it. I have contacted them on the 7th January, in March, July and August but speak to a different consultant each time and nobody seems to care, I have now found out that this query is at the debt collection department without them even contacting us to tell us as they promised they would listen to the recording of the agent that called us.

The cell number is 074 298 2227

I received a call from one of your agents selling me the Dongle for R45.00 per month
with a 500Mb data, they have been charging me for an open line and expect me to pay without tehm even investigating the recording. This query has been going on since 27th DEC 2013 we received the dongle on the 25 Oct 2012
