I took out a contract with Cell C for my Mother its a control chat 50 that offers her R50 airtime every month. There is a sales consultant whom was calling her trying to offer her services and I am not sure how he got to authorise these services without my authorisation. I am billed R33.00 for this service every month on my bill. The first time I picked up that they billing me for this service I called Cell C and they transferred me to Get it which is part of Cell C and I spoke to one of the consultants for cancellation and she promised to send me the reference via sms and she never did. I have been trying every month since last December to cancel this service with no luck and nobody is taking calls lately. I have been running in circles with Cell C trying to cancel this that now I am looking for anything that will help me out of this since they my every month without my authority. I just need them to confirm where did I sign and the recording of my confirmation for this service. Otherwise I am planning to sue Cell C for this day light. The fact that Get it is part of Cell C services I want to be reimbursed all my monies period...
