On the 25th of December 2013 I dialled *141*4# and it gave me an option of best price plan advisor > price plan recommendation > the best plan for you is Muziq. I than activated the service being unaware that they is R10 charge. I called 173 and spoke to a manager by the name of Themba Mthembu who said to me they can't reverse the amount though he acknowledeges they MTN is at fault for not notifying me of the charge.
I than requested to speak to his manager Rajespeere Govender in order to escalate this further, he informed that he is not available for me to escalate this to him.
I am dissapointed with MTN, it is not about the value of the amount but rather the principle behind their processes.
