IMessage activation failure on my iPhone 5

IMessage will not activate on my iPhone 5, it has activated without any issues on all the other networks, customer support is clueless as to what iMessage is, let alone solving the problem, i came across this link on Hellopeter, https:///8ta/compliments/8ta-telkom-mobile-imessage-facetime-activation-1208965
