I called nashua mobile requesting to migrate my tarrif plan from a topup to smart large plan, when i initially signed the contract i was told that upward migration is free of charge. the call center agent informs me that i will need to pay R800 for the tarrif plan change.
she said that this is for vas cancellation. i did not ask for vas to be cancelled, so why should i pay a charge for cancelling something that i dont want to cancel?
i tried to reason with the agent, when she couldnt give me a reasonable explanation for this she hung up the phone
