Failure to assist

I called the vodacom customer car line, contract department for query concerning ulocking a line and retireving my data bundles and airtime and having access to the "*111#" services. Nicole could no help me with the query because she claims the information i provided her with was incorrect. And the information I provided her was accurately provided to the best of my knowledge. She could not connect me to her supervisor because she claims the is no supervisor available tonight and can only assist me in the morning. And the is nothing she can do to assist me. I called back again and got the same excuse from the same person.
