Ive received a call from your call centre. Nicole Buekes couldnt tell me specifically where she recieved my number from. In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act please can you advise me as to how my details came to your call centre. The call operator who called at 11.55am knew my personal number and name. As I work in Financial Intelligence and as I was a former Compliance Officer for various FSB categories I will be following up this query through my channels and will apply the act if no detail is provided. Im happy to consider your products if Im satisfied with the source information being provided. A reference number was refused and not provided to me. The number on my handset is 010 001 1040.No notification that the representative was acting under supervision was provided.
