Vodacom allowed a forged contract on my behalf, and allow the person did to do a sim swap, they took round about R2210 from my account since June 2013. I only noticed last week, I have been calling them the whole day they provided me with the incorrect information and never logged my call, every time I call vodacom call centre I must repeat myself and verify my information, the other one asked me the name of the contract how could I remember something I did June 2011. What making me sick is the person that did this is out there using nice phone on my expense. Instead of cancelling the contract they keep on asking me unneccessary questions. The question I have for them (vodacom) how can they approve contract without original ID. The person that did this must be taken up he/she needs to learn a lesson. Please assist Peter I need my money back on my account and them to deal with that person.
