please avoid giving any business to webafrica. over the past two years, their service levels have dropped drastically. Their email systems are constantly failing, their support staff have absolutely no idea what they doing anymore, they ALMOST NEVER resolve problems and hardly EVER respond to your pleas for help. I have sent five emails for the same thing and no response. I called several times for same issue. They promise to call back and nothing. It appears this company is quickly going down the toilet.
I deal with several ISP's and cannot anymore. In the new year I have to move all my clients away from them as enough is enough. many resellers are doing the same.
there is a chalk and cheese difference between them and any other ISP. Trust me. I have years of experience dealign with them and you will end up in the same boat.
