I was approved to buy contract phones: the credit limit was R1686 (one thousand six hundred and eighty six rand) and I went to the shop to collect and the manager HANNELIZE KLAPPELS Staff number 609 refused to give my phones stating "I WILL NOT GIVE YOU THESE PHONES, YOU CAN GO AND COMPLAIN ANYWHERE".
I found this very peculiar and unacceptable. Why is it that the manager who is supposed to assist clients, used instead her position to abuse and humiliate me?
Could you please assist? I am still in need of these phones?
