STILL NO PHONE

It has now been a month and I still dont have a phone. The phone was sent back to me after my last post but was even more broken than before. It was now restarting itself about 15 times a night. I took it back the next day and now after another week and a half they tell me there in nothing wrong with he phone and I must come pick it up. I REFUSE to take this phone home as I know it is faulty. Why cant anyone help me?!?!?!?!?!
