Incompetence/ misleading/ poor service

I paid cash for 2 couches on Tuesday 30 April 2013. I was promised delivery on Thursday evening (as Wednesday was a holiday) and I even received a confirmation message on Thursday morning. On Thursday afternoon, I was informed that there was an error in the loading of the order and that this would delay delivery until Sunday. On Sunday, after endless waiting, I contacted the store and was told that they could not guarantee delivery and that they understood this was unacceptable and that they would insure the delivery would take place on Monday (6 May). On Monday afternoon we were again contacted to say that the goods we had ordered were in fact damaged and that there was no other stock in the warehouse which would mean yet another delay as they would need to get stock from a supplier. We were then promised delivery on Monday 13 May by Bianca. I contacted them today to confirm delivery however I have now been informed that there is a stock take meaning the earliest delivery is next Thursday!!! Out of interest, I contacted Victor at another FC store-he told me there are in fact 5 units of my product in the warehouse so either the staff are extremely incompetent or they are liars!!
