I went to Lewis to buy a Bed worth R3 000 on the 20th of December 2013, I eventually chose to pay R1200 and told them that the coming week on the 28th (Saturday) i will come pay the deposit.
I was told delivery is immidiatley, I went to the store on the R28th to pay the balance R1 900 with delivery included.
the store manager was honest enough at that time that my delivery will be made onMonday.
I waited that Monday nothing happend, no call, on tuesday Morning an employee called Goodman called me to follow up if it was delivered, he said he will follow up for me.
I called later they said my bed is out from the factory it will be delivered, nothing like that happend.
wednesday, nothing I called I was told a long story of shortness of drivers, friday same story, I was asked to wait for Monday, Bare in mind Im the one calling them to find out, I then decided I want my REFUND, was told Il get it monday, i sent my mother to fetch it for me, they said no manager, tuesday samething till today.
LIKE REALLY I PAID CASH YOU COULDNT DELIVER WHY NOT BRING BACK MY MONEY WHATS SO HARD??? I called to the big manager at Roodepoort who promised to follow up and update, IVE HEARD IT, I NEED MY REFUND!!!
