Extremely bad service

We went to the Istore Gateway on Sat 14th of dec to start a new contract with MT and were told we would be contacted once approved.By thurs 19th of Dec no one has phoned us. We had tophone and leave messages for the Mtn consultant Melissa to call us back to no avail. We finally get ahold of her after refusing to get off the line and no apology is givenwe are told that MTN have had problems with the new lines (for 5 days!). She then told us that she was going to do her drivers and would call us during the course of the day. Shocking service. What a surprise no one called us. In desparation we went into the istore on Fri afternoon and we had to demand we get our Ipad. Still no apology and bad attitude! She told us it would take 2 to 24 hours for the sim to be connected. So now Tues 24th what a surprise still no service and when we phoned MTN helpline the sim is not even connected to our ID number. We have had to go back to the Istore this morning 24th Dec and wait for the consultant to start working. This has been an extremely frustrating stressful experience. I am utterly shocked at the disinterested substandard service we have "received"! Big thumbs down. Never again MTN!
