Going the extra mile

I had planned on opening a contract for the new iPad Mini with 2 GB data contract with MTN through the iStore branch. I had applied two weeks in advance hoping that I could get the contract approved before our vacation. The contract got approved on the evening 2 days before i had to leave, so I went through to the iStore the next day to collect the iPad. The consultant then told me that they had run out of nano SIM cards and all other MTN branches in area were also finished for the last 2 weeks!! The soonest i could get it was on Monday whereby they had to request it from another branch. How can MTN advertise a product and not have a means of actually having it sold to their clients?! Basically the iPad could not be issued without a SIM. However after explaining my situation to Mpho, she went the extra mile and made a plan so that I could have the iPad before my trip, and was ready for me that afternoon.
