On Sat 22nd June my wife went to The Istore Canal
Walk to purchase an iPad for my birthday
She was offered the one that included the 6GB data
She Rica the sim in the store on Sat and was promised
That the data will take max 24 hrs to show
I went to the istore on Sunday whom inserted the
Sim card for me in the iPad and I showed the consultant that
The iPad shows CELLc3g in the corner but could not log on
Anyway. I left the store
A few hours later I returned back to the istore and
Spoke to a different consultant whom said that if I don't see
The data activated then I must contact Cellc
My wife contacted CellC tonight who say that they
Have nothing to do with the deal and it's Istore
My wife is having no joy with the istore at all
I would appreciate it if istore can take full responsibility
And to give me the 6GB that was advertised and promised
Should the data not be sorted out today,
I will definitely be taking this to the media and Consumer
Protection Court
Furious customer.
