The service for MTN at iStore Centurion is extremely bad, slow and poor
The one MTN consultant is hardly available.. Always out on hours of "lunch" and extremely slow
We spent 2 hours on the 28th waiting for the consultant to return from lunch, another 3 hours before we could get help on the 29/12/2013
From iStore we expect high quality, efficient swift service
Not this sloppy slow I don't care attitude
Time is money and we surely can't be waiting hours for assistance!!
