Shocking Service!

Tues 17 sept - 7.15pm Phoned the omo rewards line and left a message and posted my complaint about poor service on hello peter
Wed 18th - I got a call from Zizi who said she would investigate and get back to me
Thurs 19th - Call from Salome who gave me options - the promotion advertised had changed and new "suppliers" were on board due to over subscription. Offered choice of 6 restaurants (R79 voucher), 2 places for mani and pedi (valued @ R120) but told a mini pedi and mani -buff and paint only! Said I would look at websites and she would call me wed 25th. She did leave msg for me on 24th.
Wed 16 Oct @ 3.03pm I phoned and left a message for Salome or a consultant to get back to me
Thurs 17th I called helpline @ 7.23pm - left another message for salome to contact me
Sat 19th - called @ 1.15pm - spoke to Jennifer - told her not happy with mini mani & pedi - handed to Valencia the supervisor who said she would follow up and get back to me Mon 21 latest.
Mon 21 oct - thurs 24 oct - heard nothing @ 8.10pm called the rewards help line and left a message for Valencia to call me
Sat 26 Oct called line @ 6.27pm - recorded message saying outside of Sat hours 9am -9pm leave a message?!
