I bought a 24hr internet bundle with points. I got an SMS saying that the bundle was purchased and that the points have been removed. Now my account is saying -R1600. Which means that mtn had money from me. This is completely against the consumer protection act and I will sue mtn if this is not rectified. How can Mtn be so deceptive?
