I purchased a 1 day data bundle with my loyalty points but it will not activate. I phoned the call center and the woman told me I used the wrong code to activate. She gave me the exact same code to activate the bundle and it didn't work either. This is very frustrating that your services don't work properly and your call center staff are too arrogant to listen properly. I want my points reinstated because the bundle is of no use to me now
