7 days and contract still not activated

I switched to Telkom after 12 years of association with leading network provider . went to your store in sandton city and bough R589 Promo 500 6gb contract, submit all paper work BUT your staff was unable to load the deal and after waiting over an hour, they ask me to go and they will call me before close and do the needful. after various calls on 24th, 26th and 27th they still have not been able to activate my number. Shall I walk away if this is the level of service I am getting into and someone is listening...
