I have been with Webafrica for over a year now and service has overall been above average UNTIL recently when i tried to upgrade form a 2mb to 4mb line. I was informed the 1st time i called that the process would take 24-48 hours. No followup from Webafrica- 2 days later i call them again, they upgrade my data package and inform me my line will be upgraded in 24 hours- 2 days later, no response or upgrade, yet being charged for the 4mb data. I contact telkom and no request from webafrica had been submitted. Contacted Webafrica to which i was told no request was sent through to telkom. I have a home account and business account through webafrica- will be cancelling both.
