I don't think I can count the time I've wasted waiting on WebAfrica's telephone support line.
Constantly being put through to other technician's, regardless of the sequence of numbers I press, and then get disconnected, or told to wait longer.
I'm paying WebAfrica for my service and yet I'm constantly told it's an issue with Telkom or I must wait for their technicians to come out and check. i always ask them WHY am I paying WebAfrica not Telkom then?!!!
I've been incorrectly billed, even though I phoned them basically every day trying to resolve my issues. They confirmed on the 25th of February that I indeed had not had internet for the whole of Feb and would not bill... obviously another false promise from WebAfrica.
I've told Bulelani Cutalele (last tech I spoke to today) that if my issue isn't resolved by the end of the week. I will go back to Cybersmart.
