For the past 2 months the coverage of Cell C has been so bad or no reception at all. There call centre confirmed they have a problem with coverage in Gauteng but can't fix the problem. I have 2 contracts and this comes to an end in the next 3 months and i will not renew my subscription. No one from Cell C ever responds to any queries or complaints. Their data products are cheap and that is the service you get from them. Cheap non existent service from them.
Management has a bad no care attitude to customer service and this reflects to the service what you receive from the rest of the company.
