Really bad service and passing the buck

I complained so many times its actually getting old very fast... My apn service from you guys DOES not allow me to use MTN LTE when then normal mymtn apn works fine with LTE...

I took the apn cause you guys claim on the website that it is indeed LTE ready.!!!

Been emailing and trying to get it sorted out for a month and finally just decided to cancel my service cause you guys are just refusing to help me? No feedback at all. If I don't email I don't get feedback and Afrihost still doesn't know whats wrong...
