My mother went to branch today for upgrade and request white Samsang S3 phone. Lady told het it was no problem. When all doc's were signed and the box opened it was a black/blue and not the white phone se requested. Lady told het sorry but she can't do anything about this. This is not acceptable. Mother want to return phone as this is not what se requested. Please call her and rectify this.
