One cannot speak to head office

Your contact details are on you website,
I am trying to get hold of you with no luck for a week now, i just cannot get past your adds that please on a continued loop, for ten Min's at a time and then will go silent,
or a receptionist that puts one through to a silent line.

Please contact me back urgently as I am also not getting a response from you email line, that I was given to by a branch.
I cannot you use the customer car lime as my cell number has been suspended so my only option is to contact via head office
