After trying to upgrade my laptop contract, I first received the wrong order then received only the modem. Each time I contacted them their service was terrible- they didn't get back to me when they promised they would and no one seems to know what's happening. My experience has been full of empty promises and still no laptop despite having been promised many times. Now, 4 months later, I still have not received the laptop but of course, Vodacom is demanding I pay for the contract, despite me having cancelled it! I am positive this is against the consumer protection act and I want answers ASAP! Why must I pay for goods I have not received and for service which leaves much to be desired. Not a good reflection on such a well-known international company!
