Poor Attitude

Having paid up two of my three contracts in full, and then being offered an early upgrade by the call centre, I suddenly don't get offered a financed deal - despite having been with the company for 8 odd years.

I listed my previous list of problems before, finally had help from one person but again am faced with rude, arrogant call centre workers and a fight to get anywhere. I wish you would listen to the last call I just had, where the consultant told me that it was irrelevant whether Vodacom calls me to tell me whether a decision was made and that it was fair to leave me wondering the outcome for 10 years.

The only knock I could have had with my credit with Vodacom this year, was when I went in for a heart operation, and when I was struggling to get the quoted amounts to settle two of my contracts in cash, otherwise I handed over R1400 odd monthly on three contracts, and just paid over R4000 in early settlement. Please send me the settlement of my current contract, I will pay you, and then port my number to another network. So sick of fighting Vodacom for everything, even when it is offered to me... Staying loyal to one mobile company is worth absolutely nothing it seems.
