Been taken for a ride

I took a Telkom contract in August 2013 which I received the Samsung S4, after one and haf week the phone started freezing. The following week the phone was overheating and it would shut off. So I handed to it toTelkom Westgate for repairs which was the 1st Sep 2013, it came back on the 16th Sep with still the same issues. I handed the phone to Telkom JHB Central on the 17th Sep 2013 for repairs again. On the 30th Sep 2013 I went Telkom JHB Central to find out about the phone which I was told there is no feedback as yet. I have no phone right now I can not contact my family Telkom is pulling their feet iin this and no one is calling me to let me know anything. But unfortunately I want this contract cancelled 24 months is a long time because so far Telkom has been a nightmare. I m paying for something that I don't have. Its obvious this was a scrap phone from the beggining because no one knows how to fix it but I must just pay
