I opened a new contract a few month back that includes a dongle and 1G of data a month. We have now tried to get it working numerous times on my pc but without luck.

My fianc? e has just spent 45 minutes on the line with tech support just to be told that my pc doesn't support it. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit and the box says it supports Windows 7... So what the???
