After waiting 3 weeks with 3 wrong deliveries the Modem was finally delivered. To date i can not connect to the internet. Below e mails to the consultant and customer service: Had no reply back yet.

Been having problems with Huawei 1280 modem till Sun am 1 St Dec 2013). Contacted 084 1555 555-Tech/data support. PC (WINDOWS 8) does not recognize this modem. Have not connected once.
Using CELL c Sim in MTN dongle (ALSO 21.6 Mb/S) with no problems, Have contacted 084 1555 555-Tech/data support. Tried all ports: Tried another PC with win 7 installed - Still same problem where the modem (Huawei 1280 is not recognized by both PCs.
I am reasonably computer literate and know there is a problem with this modem.
I THINK THE BEST BET IS TO USE ZTE MF 668 (21.6MB/S) DONGLE .(See Above)
Online checks shows many problems with Cell C Modems/Dongles.

Please let me know if Modem Huawei 1280 is compatible with windows. Have Cell C discontinued using the Huawei modem?
