We requested to change our ADSL package to a capped 50GB data bundled with a 4Mbps line speed. This was in October for a change effective November. This was not done.
We called the technicians twice. I finally got hold of Stacey-Lee by phone and email in early December to request the correct package, again. I also discussed with Stacey-Lee that I required the excess money charged to be reversed into my credit card as this is Afrihost's mistake and have been overcharging me for months. I have not received a debit to my account and cant see a credit pending anywhere on my billing information. I am also waiting for Afrihost to call me back as per the client questionnaire I completed.
I spoke with Shingi in the call centre who confirms I have a 50GB plus 10Mbps line, which seems like it is not bundled. To add insult to injury the lines in my area are only capable of 4Mbps. This is beyond unacceptable. As of this morning we have been on the line for 30 mins waiting for help and still nothing and have just been told that Simone will contact us eventually when she is available. Someone must please sort this out immediately
