I purchased a new home computer yesterday together with the Office suite for home/student use, which does not include Outlook and was told that this would suit my needs.
I then contacted Telkom Support, to he told that Telkom do not support Windows 8, and that i would need to purchase Outlook, at an additional approx R2k, just to have my telkom email working!
when i then asked to speak to a supervisor to understand why, i was told that i would receive the same answer, the phone call was not transferred and i am still holding - about a half hour later!
i cannot believe that one of the supposedly best / biggest IPS in the country cannot support the latest Windows operating system.
