About 2 years ago I signed up fro 499 package from Telkom which includes a 3 G dongle and 500 meg data per month.
I have been to Fourways about 30 times but my name on list to be advised when I can get it, Cresta couple time and clearwater Mall as well. WE DON'T HAVE STOCK!!! To this day I have no dongle and no 3 G access. seeing that I have a contract that includes this service and Telkom? and you are unable or unwilling to fulfill this and I have phoned account ect ect ect.
Telkom If I dont pay you cut me of but surely your are breach of contract?
If or when or maybe when I get a dongle from outerspace I want my 2 years of data loaded pls.
what can I do.
well it was a 2 year contract and I will have cancel my service from you and go somewhere else or can you help your loyal customer PLEAAASSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
