I Signed up for a Silver uncapped account on 30 Jan 2013, and activated a Debit Order for the amount of R329.
Today I realized that they have a promotion running for a Gold uncapped account for only R299.
I emailed them asking if they could perhaps change my account to the cheaper Gold account, and within minutes Leon replied. They changed my account with no questions asked, which is something I did not expect as most other ISP's I have dealt with were not so accommodating.
My new details were sent to me immediately, and this made my day.
