I have been with Vodacom for 8 years, I have 4 active contracts, I pay every month. I spend nothing less than R2500.00 each month. Now I want to upgrade, I get told I am loaded as an ok customer and I have to pay R3498.48 in to upgrade. Speak to the sales department keep getting offered contracts that I do not want. Finally the agent realises she cant help and cuts the call. So essentially, we have more than enough clients the money I spend is pocket change tot them and I can happily go skip off to Cell C, who does have better rates.
