I went to the store @ around 4pm yesterday to buy airtime with a hundred rands note but the lady on the till was very quick to tell me to go buy my airtime somewhere else as they do not have change. She said this with a lot of attitude so now my big question is would the store not make sales since they do not have change @ 4 in the afternoon? think again mtn considering that last year you had promised to sort out my network issue but you still dont respond. Does this mean you dont care anymore about your customers because you think you have enough, think again people are slowly moving away from your network due to bad service and customer response.
