I bought a Blackberry Bold 9900 from a friend, the phone is still under its FIRST year warranty. I handed this in on the 18 March 2013. No info given I called Vodacom on 9 April to hear I need to pay R5098 for liquid damage. Don't tell me the phone is water damage when I KNOW the phone has hardly even been used. There was a factory fault with these phones - the lady at Vodacom Old Fort Road verified this for me - so surely it is time for Vodacom to take some responsibility??? I NEED THIS FIXED UNDER WARRANTY - JOB number 8688924.
